FUNNY SIGNS: NAIA "WANG-WANG"

I saw this sign next to the bathroom in Terminal 2 Manila today ...made me laugh. ...I guess whoever made this sign isn't aware of what a "wang" in America ...and "wang wang-ing" ...well, yeah, I'm still not sure what that is, but I don't like what my imagination is coming up with.
